Guillaume is an experienced consultant with over 11 years of experience providing transaction advisory services (Mainly Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring and Carve-out Services) of which 8 years at EY (Ernst&Young).

Over 50 transactions
Guillaume has experience providing buy-side and sell-side advisory services on transactions serving corporate and private equity clients. Guillaume has been involved in more than 50 transactions ranging from $1 million to over $3 billion in value and across multiple geographies. Guillaume’s select industry experience includes: Technology, Media, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Beverages and Real Estate.

Guillaume has been working in Spain (Madrid) and France (Paris) before the US (Miami) and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
